Client Solutions Associate

Observer Media, home to the iconic brands Commercial Observer and Observer, is looking for a creative, organized and solutions-oriented Client Solutions Associate. Commercial Observer is the premier media platform connecting and informing real estate executives across the U.S. Our team works with the most influential real estate leaders financing, developing and marketing the country’s most important markets.

As a Client Solutions Associate, you’ll play a critical role in bringing Commercial Observer’s partnerships to life, working closely with our sales, events, marketing and editorial teams, to package and market our platform’s highly effective solutions to our clients.

The Client Solutions Associate reports directly to the Director of Client Marketing and serves as a hands-on partner to the Commercial Observer sales and client marketing team. The primary purpose of this position is to support sales enablement, product and commercial development, client engagement, strategic partnerships, and sales operations, while taking direct ownership of inbound lead management, post-sale partnership support and execution, and the creation and upkeep of sales materials. This is a high-visibility, execution-focused role ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional eager to grow within a commercially driven B2B media and events environment serving the real estate industry.

Primary Responsibilities

Client Marketing Support

  • Produce, update, and maintain sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one-sheets, proposals and case studies) tailoring to specific client industries and objectives

  • Support product and commercial business development efforts, including market research, competitive analysis, and the rollout of new sponsorship packages and advertising products

  • Assist in the execution of strategic email campaigns and segmented client communications

  • Track and report on email campaign performance, including reactivation of dormant accounts and revenue impact

Inbound Lead Management

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound sales leads, ensuring timely acknowledgment, qualification, and routing

  • Track, log, and maintain lead records in the CRM, keeping data accurate, complete, and up to date

  • Qualify incoming inquiries against established criteria and escalate high-value or time-sensitive opportunities to the Director of Client Marketing

Partnerships Support

  • Partner with the Director of Client Marketing to manage the barter partnership lifecycle with industry associations and strategic partners, from onboarding through renewal

  • Coordinate fulfillment of partnership deliverables across event sponsorship, social, custom content, print, and digital channels

  • Maintain partnership trackers, timelines, and documentation to ensure commitments are met on schedule

  • Act as a reliable day-to-day liaison for partners on routine requests

Sales Support

  • Source and research new leads to feed the pipeline as needed

  • Assist with CRM hygiene, data enrichment, and routine administrative duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • BS/MS degree, or equivalent experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, marketing, account coordination, or a related field

  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation software (PowerPoint or Google Slides)

  • Proficiency in Salesforce or another CRM platform

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset and willingness to take direction and iterate

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B media, events, advertising, and the commercial real estate industry

  • Exposure to sales enablement, marketing operations, or partnership coordination

  • Working knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

Compensation Range - $60K - $80K per year
